Built in 2004, Chalet Lupton is located in the picturesque Savoyard village of Les Contamines-Montjoie, 10km west from the summit of Mont Blanc, at the end of the Montjoie valley. It is close to St. Gervais, Megève and Chamonix and both the Swiss and Italian borders are within one hour's drive.

The chalet stands on the side of the valley overlooking the centre of the village, commanding spectacular views to Mont Joly and the length of the Val Montjoie. The chalet sleeps 8 people, with the accommodation over 3 floors.

Ground Floor, the main living space

The ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining area with fully fitted kitchen. Doors open onto a balcony with panoramic views of the village and surrounding mountains.

In the lounge, there is a TV, CD and DVD player complete with a collection of videos, CDs and DVDs.

The kitchen has a dish-washer, 4-ring hob, oven, fridge-freezer. The washer-drier is situated in the downstairs bathroom.

Top Floor Bedroom and Playroom

The top floor (“Bedroom 4”) is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. As a spacious room with its own TV and DVD, it lends itself well to a playroom.

Lower ground floor

The lower ground floor comprises three bedrooms (one with en-suite bath and shower room), bathroom and a second, large terrace.

• Bedroom 1: one king size bed with en-suite bath and shower room.
• Bedroom 2: 2 single beds.
• Bedroom 3: 1 double bed.

There is also a separate bathroom and w.c. on this floor. There is an additional corner balcony opening from bedroom 3, again with panoramic views.
