Cowes Week is a memorable corporate day out. The trouble is, the action’s happening both out on the water and in the village and you can’t possibly be in two different places at the same time … until now!

Best of both worlds

Charter a RIB for the day with Urban Truant and we’ll give you the best of both worlds. We’ll pick you up from anywhere in the mainland Solent and after breakfast take you for an early morning blast down the Solent.

The rest of the morning can be spent watching some of the racing, or yacht-spotting anyone famous – with a RIB we can get as up close and personal as we like.

Your lunchtime drop off in Cowes will be easy amongst the throng – because RIBs are fast and manoeuvrable, your experienced driver will make sure you’re at your reserved table in no time.

The afternoon pick up can be scheduled around how much fun you’re having ashore. Your driver will be waiting to give you an afternoon blast and the opportunity to catch a couple more races.

No hassle – no queues – back to the mainland at your convenience

Late afternoon, we can drop you off either back on the mainland, or back in Cowes for dinner. If you opt for Cowes and continue to enjoy the atmosphere that engulfs the village throughout the evening, your RIB can be waiting for you to provide an exclusive no-hassle transfer back to the mainland.

A party price

Urban Truant is offering this fun day out for £470 + VAT per RIB. This price includes:

7.5 metre petrol RIB with plenty of Japanese juice on the back (225bhp)
Experienced driver
Use of wet weather gear (should you need it)
Mid-morning coffee and cakes

Your fuel will cost an additional £140. The day charter starts from 09.30 and finishes at 17.00. Should you want to enjoy the no-hassle evening transfer back to the mainland after 17.00, this will cost an extra £150 + VAT.

Our 7.5 metre takes between 6 and 8 guests comfortably. It can easily accommodate up to 11 guests, but we recommend up to 8 if you would like to include the high speed elements of the day.

Urban Truant takes your safety very seriously. Life jackets will be provided for all guests and there will be a short safety brief at the start of each charter. Your driver will be fully qualified and ensure that the rides are safe yet fun at all times.
