In June 2007, Urban Truant organised a successful three yacht corporate event for the LIVE Organisation to entertain 15 of their top clients. The event started with some French Riviera glamour as guests were transferred from Nice airport via helicopter to Monaco and on to the Columbus Hotel for the first evening. Two days of sailing followed before checking into St. Tropez’s funky and memorable Byblos Hotel for the final night.

Urban Truant planned the event from end-to-end. Having fully clarified the brief and LIVE’s objectives, we identified suitable hotels and restaurants to recommend and of course planned the most appropriate sailing.

LIVE added Urban Truant’s powerful 8 metre RIB to the event spec, which meant the yachts were supported at all times and RIB rides and transfers offered throughout the day. Whilst on board, Urban Truant hostesses looked after the guests with freshly prepared food and chilled drinks, whilst the skippers managed the yachts and showed everyone the ropes. The overnight stay in Antibes included an on-board cocktail and canapé reception followed by dinner in a charming local restaurant.
